On November 16-17, 2025, heavy rain in Cu Pui commune led to the upstream water collection pit of the Cu Pui and Hoa Phong water supply stations being filled with sand in the water collection pipe, causing the pipe to be clogged and unable to carry water to the station's treatment area. Currently, the water collection pit is deeply submerged in flood water, leading to water loss throughout the project.
